Working together How we work.
How do I request a quote?
Through the form on the website, by phone or by email. Within five days we schedule a free site visit, and within 48 hours after that you receive a no-obligation, tailored quote.
How is the price determined?
Individually, based on the scope of the work, the chosen materials and the schedule. After the site visit you get a detailed quote — with no hidden costs.
How does payment work?
In stages: a deposit before the start, interim payments according to the schedule and the final payment after handover — with clear documents for each stage.
Can I still change something during the works?
Yes. We discuss and confirm changes in advance, as they can affect the schedule and the budget.
When can the works start?
Once you agree, we fix the schedule; we start within one to two months.
Can you create a design for me?
Certainly. With your quote we create a free 3D visualisation of your home, so you can compare materials and colours and choose with confidence.
How long does a renovation take?
That depends on the type and scope of the project. A 230 m² roof renovation in Andenne took two weeks; a full project with roof, façade and windows takes 5 to 8 weeks on average. You get a timeline in advance.
What is your experience?
We have been renovating roofs and façades for more than 15 years — from terraced houses to apartment buildings and large commercial projects, such as 3630 m² of façade in Wachtebeke.

What guarantee do you offer?
We give a 20-year warranty on our work, in black and white in your quote.
What if there is a defect?
If a defect appears during the guarantee period, we repair it quickly and at no extra cost.
Which materials do you work with?
With certified systems from a single manufacturer, such as Biomat, Knauf and Caparol for façades, Koramic and Wienerberger for roofs and aluplast for windows.
Grants and financing What it costs and what you get back.
Am I eligible for a grant?
Since 2026 that depends on your income category: in categories 3 and 4 the full support remains; in categories 1 and 2 it now only applies to heat pumps. We check your situation.
Can I finance the renovation?
Yes, with a renovation loan through KBC — even if you are not a KBC customer.
Do you arrange the EPC certificate?
Yes, free of charge after your renovation with Grava.
