In Zonhoven we completed one of our biggest façade projects: De Kwint – a commercial building with 3620 m² of brick slips and 12 cm PIR façade insulation. A team of 9 specialists worked on this complex project for 6 months. Thanks to professional planning, modern equipment (SILO mortar mixer, cranes) and innovative solutions (tent covers in bad weather), we delivered on time. The client was very satisfied and is continuing to work with us.

What we carried out

- 3620 m² of facing brick installed professionally
- 12 cm PIR façade insulation for optimal thermal performance
- All joints sealed with aluminised tape for perfect airtightness
- Special anchors (dowels) fitted for extra strength
- Steel profiles at the windows fixed on anchors to carry the cladding
- Waterproof membrane installed at the base to keep out rising damp from the ground
- Roof edge and window sills finished professionally
