A full renovation with grants and subsidies. This project shows our experience with brick slips, façade insulation, flat roofs and window replacement. We also guided the client through the grant and subsidy applications.

- 230 m² of brick slips professionally installed
- 12 cm of PIR insulation for optimal thermal performance
- Profiles and junctions to ETICS standards
- Granite/quartz plinth for a durable finish
- Watertight finish against moisture
- Excellent EPC score thanks to professional insulation
The combination of brick slips and 12 cm of PIR insulation gives a beautiful classic look and maximum energy efficiency. All work was carried out to the strictest ETICS standards.
