An impressive project for a modern apartment complex in Kessel-Lo, featuring a sleek light brick façade, striking yellow accents and high-quality exterior joinery.
In Kessel-Lo we built the entire outer shell of this multi-storey apartment complex. The project included the light facing brickwork, the integration of striking architectural elements in a bold yellow, the flawless installation of dark high-efficiency windows and the complete sealing of the flat roofs and balconies. The result is a robust, energy-efficient and visually attractive building.

How we went about it 3 steps, one point of contact.

The entire façade built in light brick, finished with neat pointing and the integration of yellow architectural and supporting elements.
Phase 2Exterior joinery
High-quality dark window profiles on every floor, including the sliding windows for the various balconies and terraces.
Phase 3Flat roofs & balcony waterproofing
Watertight finish of the flat roofs and the structures around the spacious balconies with white balustrades, with optimal insulation.
