A stunning transformation of this multi-storey building, featuring a bright white façade, warm timber terrace finishes and stylish dark exterior joinery.
In Kapellen we carried out an impressive façade renovation that gave this building an entirely new, modern feel. We fitted the front façade with high-quality insulation and a sleek white render finish. The recessed terraces were beautifully finished with warm timber cladding and minimalist black balustrades. Large dark glazed sections let in maximum light and create a perfect contrast.

Is the combination of timber and render easy to maintain?
Yes, we use water- and dirt-repellent render and treat the timber (or use composite) so that it withstands the weather and keeps its warm colour with minimal maintenance.
Is façade insulation also possible for terraced houses or apartments?
Absolutely. We ensure a perfect, watertight junction with the adjoining buildings, as done in this project in Kapellen.
What about sound insulation with large windows?
For buildings on busier streets we install high-efficiency glass with a special acoustic film. This considerably reduces street noise and ensures a quiet indoor climate.
