A beautiful transformation of a detached house in Halle, focusing on a brand-new gable roof, stylish dark windows and an impeccable light brick façade.
In Halle we carried out an impressive renovation of this detached house. The focus was on completely renewing the large gable roof with high-quality, glossy clay roof tiles, renewing the exterior joinery and building a clean, light brick façade. The interplay of the dark roof and joinery with the bright bricks creates a striking modern contrast.

How we went about it 3 steps, one point of contact.
Phase 1Roof renovation and insulation
Removal of the old roof covering, installation of a new underlay with modern insulation and finishing with high-quality glossy clay roof tiles.
Phase 2Façade work (brick)
Application of façade insulation and flawless laying of light bricks for an elegant, durable and weather-resistant façade.
Phase 3Exterior joinery & finishing
Installation of dark window profiles with high-efficiency glazing, the unique triangular dormer and seamless zinc work (gutters).
