An ultra-modern transformation in Essen with bright white render, architectural black battens and seamlessly integrated dark exterior joinery.
In Essen we carried out a stunning modern transformation of this home. The focus was on minimalist, cubic architecture, combining a clean white rendered façade with contrasting black vertical cladding. We also installed high-quality dark window profiles and neatly finished the roof edges and plinths. The result is an exclusive, contemporary look with optimal energy performance.

How we went about it 3 steps, one point of contact.
Phase 1Façade insulation and white render
Installation of high-quality external wall insulation around the home and a seamless finish with weather-resistant, bright white render (decorative plaster) for a clean base.
Phase 2Architectural black battens
Precise installation of vertical timber/composite cladding in deep black, creating an exclusive and modern contrast.
Phase 3Exterior joinery and roof edges
Installation of minimalist, dark window profiles and a perfect finish of the flat roof edges and black plinth at the bottom of the home.
