What we carried out
Full 260 m² roof renovation
- Old roof structure completely removed and replaced
- New timber rafters and purlins installed
- 22 cm of mineral wool as roof insulation
- Underlay and vapour barrier for perfect watertightness
- Koramic Stormpan 44, matt black – durable and stylish
- VELUX roof windows for extra natural light under the roof
The old roof was the biggest source of heat loss. By replacing it completely and insulating it to a high standard, energy loss dropped dramatically.
