Is my attic suitable?
That depends on the roof structure and the available height. During the site visit we assess what is possible.
Does the roof need renewing too?
Not always. We first check the structure, waterproofing and connections; if the roof is due for renewal, we do that in the same job.
Which insulation do you use?
PIR, glass wool or stone wool — according to the available height and the substrate. With little height, we combine PIR with glass wool.
Can I get a grant for roof insulation?
In Flanders, since 2026 roof insulation only qualifies for the Mijn VerbouwPremie grant in income categories 3 and 4. We review your situation and help with the application.
