Questions about fibre cement slatesWhat our clients ask us.
What is the difference with natural slate?
Natural slate is a natural product with a texture you cannot imitate. Fibre cement slates have a uniform, colourfast surface; TECTA Texture and New Stonit come close to the look of natural slate.
Can I use the same slate on the façade?
Yes. Fibre cement slates make it possible to do roof and façade cladding in one material.
What colours are available?
Alterna is available in nine colours, from crystal white to black; TECTA and New Stonit in shades of grey. Make your final choice on a current sample.
